1.1 To apply for a working visa through the Website, applicants are required to submit their educational qualifications , health documents, and police clearance,for screening.

1.2 Applicants must pay a processing fee of $100 at the time of application. This fee is non-refundable.

1.3 Submission of the application and payment of the processing fee does not guarantee the issuance of a working visa. Visa issuance is subject to approval by the relevant authorities in Kuwait.

2. Visa Issuance

2.1 Visa issuance is contingent upon the successful screening of the applicant's educational and health documents.

2.2 The decision to issue a working visa rests solely with the authorities in Kuwait. The Website does not have any influence over the visa issuance process.

2.3 The processing time for visa issuance may vary and is dependent on the decision of the authorities in Kuwait.

 

3. Applicant Responsibilities

3.1 Applicants are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the application process is accurate and up-to-date.

3.2 Applicants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Kuwait regarding the entry and stay of foreign nationals.

3.3 Applicants must cooperate fully with any requests for additional information or documentation from the authorities in Kuwait.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1 The Website and its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website or the services provided therein.

4.2 In no event shall the total liability of the Website and its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates exceed the amount paid by the applicant for the processing fee.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

5.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kuwait.

5.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait.

6. Modifications

6.1 The Website reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website.
